ARES Naval has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Industrial Center, marking a strategic step to enhance industrial cooperation and develop the naval and defense equipment sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both parties. The MoU aims to:

• Support industrial localization projects in the naval defense sector.

• Facilitate the exchange of technical expertise and knowledge between the parties.

• Strengthen national capabilities in the design and construction of high-performance naval vessels and military craft.

• Develop innovative solutions aligned with the latest global naval and defense technologies.

This partnership reflects ARES Naval’s commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s strategy in developing a sustainable national industrial base and establishing an integrated naval industrial ecosystem that contributes to enhancing maritime security and advancing the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
